Internal Sales - Glasgow

Are you looking for an exciting career in sales? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Glasgow Service Centre. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with full product training, a six-month induction programme and support provided.

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Act as a pointy of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Inventory Management for portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth and customer retention
