Financial wellbeing is perhaps the least talked about aspect of overall mental health, in part because it is widely seen as a taboo topic. Our commitment to the overall wellbeing of our team means helping everyone at Righton Blackburns to be a position where money doesn't negatively impact on their mental health.
How do we do this? Well first and foremost is fair wages. We have instituted our own Righton Blackburns Living Wage because we believe everyone deserves more than the National Minimum Wage. There's also our company-wide performance related profit sharing scheme and company pension. We also offer additional support via the EarlyPay scheme should anyone experience a period of personal financial difficulty.
But beyond simply ensuring fair compensation for our people, we run ongoing personal finance instruction. Making sure that everyone at Righton Blackburns understands how best to manage financial decisions now and into the future.
