Righton Blackburns Bristol have been getting into the true meaning of Christmas and supporting their local community by putting together a donation drive for their local foodbank. With the current cost of living crisis, food banks are becoming stretched helping those who need it and Christmas is a particularly difficult time for many people.
The whole team chipped in very generously. Matt Irwin and Richard Amos were able to deliver five boxes of food, supplies, and pet food this morning to the Bristol North West Food Bank, which has been helping local people for over eleven years and is affiliated with the Trussell Trust.
Wayne Kelly, Service Centre Manager at Bristol said “I’m very proud of the team at Righton Blackburns Bristol, everyone has really embraced the idea of donating, and I’m sure their contributions will help those most in need.”
