As part of our ongoing commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, we have introduced a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and online GP service to support everyone’s physical and mental health, promote their overall well-being, and make sure they have the tools to help them whenever they need it.
These are comprehensive systems aiming to provide our staff and their families with high-quality, evidence-based health services. The remote GP service is available 24/7, with second opinion services from a range of medical specialists. The EAP includes confidential counselling, digital cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and personal crisis management tools. All of which is carried out with the same strict confidentiality and concern for patient privacy as any health service.
