Recently, we took a significant step towards understanding our internal dynamics better by conducting an engagement survey among our employees.

At Righton Blackburns, collaboration has never been just a buzzword; it's a core part of what makes us a leading and trusted supplier. Recently, we took a significant step towards understanding our internal dynamics better by conducting an engagement survey among our employees.

We're thrilled to share that we had an astounding 90% response rate to this survey. This high level of participation speaks volumes about our team’s willingness to contribute to the growth and improvement of our company. The survey invited employees to share their opinions on various aspects of their work life, including the working environment, communication and cooperation within the business, their roles, and their perspectives on Righton Blackburns as their employer.

The results were overwhelmingly positive, with an overall score of 78.3%. This feedback is a clear indication that we've succeeded in creating a supportive and communicative workplace. We are immensely proud of fostering an environment that encourages honest feedback, and we attribute this success to the dedication and hard work of our incredible teams.

With this feedback from so many of our team, we have a clear picture of where improvements can be made and we'll be taking active steps to address anything that requires attention.
