We could talk all day, every day about what we’re doing to minimise our environmental impact and improve our sustainability – and what we are actually doing is accomplishing something!
When we achieved ISO 14001 accreditation it was a big step forward towards our environmental goals and was testament to the hard work put in by the entire company.
We have now bolstered with further recognition of our efforts.
EcoVadis, the world’s leading sustainability intelligence platform for global supply chains has awarded Righton Blackburns with a “Committed” Badge, showing that we have attained a good rating across the 21 criteria in 4 different areas of management policies, which are all areas of our ESG continual improvement programme.

Our commitment to our ESG principles and engaging in external accreditation such as ISO 14001 and EcoVadis isn’t a vanity project. 91% of businesses now consider sustainability criteria as a factor in procurement decisions. This, combined with increasing legislation, means that taking a proactive stance to improving our own sustainability is not only the right thing for the planet and our people, but also great business sense.
Any ideas you have about how we can work together to both attain our environmental goals would be always welcomed. So please do get in touch, we're happy to hear from you.
