Are you a highly motivated Account Manager, looking for an exciting career in sales?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Aerospace Sales team at our Plymouth Service Centre. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with training and a six month induction programme and support provided.

Full-time, Permanent

£25,000 - £30, 000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Act as a pointy of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Inventory management for portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth and customer retention

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the Aerospace sector
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written & numeracy skills with an attention to detail
