From M5
At the end of the M5, join the A38 (signed Plymouth & Torquay). Continue on the A38 bypassing Plymouth. Cross over the Tamar Bridge and pass through Saltash Tunnel. At the Carkeel roundabout take the first exit onto the B3271, Callington Road. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Burraton Road. Take the first right onto Long Acre. Continue to the end of the road and you will find us situated on the left-hand side.

Follow the A38 towards Plymouth. At the Carkeel roundabout take the third exit (signposted Saltash, Burraton) onto the B3271, Callington Road.
