BCP Traffic Composite Sheet
Righton Blackburns has developed its own range of ACM, believed to be superior to other composite products on the market and at the cutting edge of technology.
BCP is particularly suitable for road traffic sign applications due to its high strength, rigidity and durability. This rigidity is achieved by its construction of a polythene core sandwiched between two thin aluminium sheets. BCP is widely used throughout the road traffic sector helping to combat theft due to its significantly lower value.
This combination of the materials and manufacturing process provides a product that can be up to a third of the weight for the same rigidity of more traditional sign and display panelling products.
BCP can be supplied in full sheets or cut into bespoke sizes and shapes.

Hollow Tee
(Expands large and large interlock aluminium rails)
Allows the length of large and large interlock aluminium rails to be increased by connecting two pieces of sign channel.
The hollow tee component is inserted inside the aluminium rail and another piece attached - Ideal for signs exceeding 6 metres in length.
Righton Blackburns offer a signload program for support and sign stiffening to BS EN 12889/1-2007.
