Internal Sales - Birmingham

Are you looking for an exciting career in sales? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Birmingham Service Centre. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts.

This is a key role in our organisation, and we are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and building relationships we would love to hear from you.

The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with full product training, a six month induction programme and support provided.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Act as a point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Inventory management for portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth and customer retention
