Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team and customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Navigate internal and external databases to find product and pricing information for customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales opportunities and provide product information to customers.
- Assist with processing customer complaints, returns, and credits.
- Maintain customer accounts and update customer information as needed in the sales database
