Join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator at Righton Blackburns Plymouth, where you will be a crucial part of the Babcock Contracts team.

You will play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient sales administration processes. We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the continued success of our Contracts sales department in delivering premium quality products to Babcock, ensuring we are a trusted supply partner at all times.

The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with training and support provided.

Full-time, Permanent

£25,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team and customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
  • Navigate internal and external databases to find product and pricing information for customers.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales opportunities and provide product information to customers.
  • Assist with processing customer complaints, returns, and credits.
  • Maintain customer accounts and update customer information as needed in the sales database

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales administration role. Experience working with sales databases and/or CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently. Detail-orientated and able to work efficiently with numbers and data.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
